The photomultiplier tube (PMT) ensures high sensitivity in fluorescent signal detection. The narrow-band optical filter system guarantees optimal performance when using various fluorophores, enabling detection across 6 channels ranging from the UV to the IR spectrum. Calibration of the optical system is not required during installation or after relocating the instrument. The optical system is designed according to the “fixed optical path” principle.
